Rates and Cancel Policies

Monthly Booking: To ensure that our students have a consistent schedule that works for them, we kindly request that starting from the second month of enrollment, they pay for the full month’s lesson fee in advance. By doing so, we are better equipped to arrange a regular time slot for the following month, and allow our students to continue progressing in their musical journey without any interruptions.

First month payment: To provide flexibility for new students, we only require payment for the remaining lessons of the first month of guitar lessons. This allows you to experience our services without committing to a full month of lessons.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your guitar lesson, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This will give your instructor enough time to adjust their schedule and offer your time slot to other students.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your guitar lesson within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the full lesson fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our instructors are compensated for their time and that other students have the opportunity to book the available time slot.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your guitar lesson, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new time that works for you and your instructor.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled guitar lesson without prior notice, you will be charged for the full lesson fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our instructors are compensated for their time and to discourage students from making appointments that they do not intend to keep.

Bad weather booking policy: If the weather is deemed unsafe for travel or outdoor activities, we will provide you with the option to reschedule your lesson to a later date or arrange for an online lesson.

By booking a guitar lesson with us, you agree to these cancellation and booking change rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide high-quality lessons to all of our students.
